Happy Holidays Everyone! May your days be filled with warm drinks, fun music, and a banging charcuterie board!
Honey Mustard Cabbage 🍯 Try roasting cabbage steaks and topping them with a rice vinegar and honey mustard sauce. Easy & affordable fall dish!
Winter may officially come in 7 days, but for now I’m focusing on fall and spring being my salad seasons! I can’t help but love the fresh ingredients and the great change up in flavors. For this salad I loaded it with:
Sausage Apples & Onions || A sheet pan dinner done in less than 45 minutes! Pulled together from some sausages I had in the freezer, I chopped up an onion and an apple I had on hand. Coated in oil, and seasoned with salt and pepper, roast in a 375° oven until the sausages are done and the vegetables are soft. Top with fresh herbs and enjoy!
No matter the schedule of the weekend, Sunday Night Dinner stands as a weekend cap that we both look forward to. Tonights menu was Butter Chicken 🧈
From the depths of archives comes these Sweet Potato Rounds with Goat Cheese and Honey 🍯 Perfect for this time of year as fall comes to a close and winter approaches #fallslaststand #sweetpotatoes
Pork Sausage Rolls. Store-bought puff pastry wrapped around Italian pork sausage. Bake to crispy crunchy perfection & topped with everything but the bagel seasoning! I smothered it in cherry rosemary jam, they were delicious. No shame🍒

Linguini, Sausage Meatballs & Pecorino Romano. My kind of comfort food 🌱
