Teaching Ian the family recipes I grew up with has been such a treat. A favorite of ours is Boulati, savory Italian meat and cheese rolls. We have made it in 3 states and it’s perfect for a rainy day.
We took Sunday Night Dinner outside on the patio yesterday for a special Pre-Birthday celebration for Ian!

Sausage Apples & Onions || A sheet pan dinner done in less than 45 minutes! Pulled together from some sausages I had in the freezer, I chopped up an onion and an apple I had on hand. Coated in oil, and seasoned with salt and pepper, roast in a 375° oven until the sausages are done and the vegetables are soft. Top with fresh herbs and enjoy!
