The first time I saw this recipe on Pinterest it was called “Man Pleasing Chicken”. The title alone had me so curious to see what would constitute a chicken recipe that was so “Man Pleasing”! What I found was a mixture of mustard, maple syrup, and rosemary that tasted AMAZING so Rosemary Honey Mustard Chicken was born.
Low and behold, I was thoroughly impressed with the way the chicken turned out and I have to say, this would please any man or woman! After adding some changes and grilling the chicken for color and flavor, this has become a CookNook favorite!

5 ingredients + 30 minutes = many happy taste buds!
To make the Rosemary Honey Mustard Chicken, mix together course dijon mustard, rosemary, maple syrup, rice wine vinegar, and chicken. Mix them all together to make a delicious marinade for the chicken!
Preheat grill. Mix together dijon mustard, maple syrup and rice wine vinegar, rosemary, and salt and pepper in a bowl/ bag. Pour the mustard mixture over them, turning the thighs in the mixture so they are fully coated. Place on medium heat on the grill and cook until thighs are cooked (155 degrees). Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Then sprinkle with fresh rosemary. Enjoy!

This chicken is fantastic alone, great atop rice and veggies, but is mouth watering paired with a salad. I made a spinach salad tossed with blue berries and a mustard vinaigrette.
